E-mobility requires new processes that have to be processed quickly or online for the end customer. Immediate processing of data and feedback to the end customer is essential.
A detailed display of charging processes, information about used and still available minutes / kWh, communication via app / e-mail / SMS and much more are included in the standard.
The billing of charging processes from our own and third-party EMPs and CPOs is a matter of course for us.
Project flow
Your requirements will be worked out in a workshop and then an implementation concept will be created.
Depending on the back-end system used and the mobile app, different functions can be supported.
E-mobility will be fully integrated into your existing system. Many processes such as invoicing and shipping, payment transactions, etc. run in your existing processes without any additional effort.
